Instructions for packaging
  • Print the PDF from the file and drag it into the package (a paper copy saves time).
  • Please enter your RMA number. It is visible on the package (the mark).
  • Remove the accessories not strictly needed (origin card of the console: just the console and the handset for example).
  • The packaging: Paper bull around the material, mouse or flocons, double canle carton if possible.
  • For internal lithium batteries: no metal packaging, keep the original packaging.
  • Choose a tracking transportation and insurance that fits the value of the equipment. Keep the deposit proof.

A packaging designed for the return trip

The carrier does not know the fragility of a HDMI port or that of a mother card. Some simple precautions prevent the initial failure from being aggravated during transportation.
