For individuals, Alma allows you to pay the eligible repaid bills in 2, 3 or 4 times, depending on your eligibility, with a remaining balance to be paid from €50 to €5,000, subject to acceptance by Alma. Conditions of Alma.
How to make a written estimate?
The written estimation request is free and unpaid: describe your device and the failure so that we can guide you. It does not include a free physical diagnosis. If you choose the shipping, check the prices and conditions of the shipping route before validation; the shipping and return fees are on your charge. For a store deposit, the support fee is announced at the reception before your agreement. No additional repair without your consent.
Do you work with individuals and professionals?
For the pros, you can establish detailed intervention bonuses, intervene on the park, and offer maintenance or accommodation contracts.
What is the average time for a repair?
The diagnosis and the establishment of the written estimate usually take 3 to 5 working days after physical receipt of the material, complete file and payment of the diagnostic when applied, subject to the required permission to start. This estimate may be shorter or reach one to two weeks depending on the research and the flow; it relates to the written estimate, not a finished repair. After your consent on the written estimate, the repair time is confirmed according to the failure, the available documents and the necessary tests. The agreed contractual time for your file prevails.
Do you accept shipping from all over France?
Yes, especially for specialties (Picofly Switch, micro-sudure pointe).
What is the guarantee on repairs?
3 months guarantee on workforce and welding. The parts keep their manufacturer guarantee. If the same failure returns, we take it back.
What budget should I have for my repair?
In an indicative way, a repair costs an average between 120 and 180 € TTC. Depending on the material, parts and failure, it may cost less or more. The packages displayed (diagnostic, Picofly) cover the described service; the amount of any additional repair is offered to you before your agreement.
