Is the $39.90 withdrawn if I accept the repair?
Yes, only once on the repair of the same material and the same file. The 0.95 € management remains due. The written estimate then the invoice must distinguish the price of the repair, the deduction of the diagnosis and the remaining balance to be settled.
Does a black screen mean that the mother card is dead?
No. The screen, its cable, power, storage or system may also be affected. specify whether the viewer is lighting, whether the ventilator turns and when the image disappears. These observations direct control; they are not enough to identify the defective part.
Will my files be kept?

How long does it take to get my written estimate?
The diagnosis and written estimation usually take 3 to 5 working days after receiving the necessary equipment and items, with permission to start. Some cases require one to two weeks. Repair comes after your consent and may require an additional time for the pieces and tests.
What if cash is fallen to my computer?
Turn off, turn off the charging machine and avoid re-enlightening it to check if it still works. specify the liquid, date and tests already done. don't dismantle a damaged battery. Contact the workshop to arrange the examination; apparent drying does not allow you to conclude on the status of the card.
Can I send my computer to Reims?
