Combien de temps faut-il pour réparer une console ?

A console can display “no signal” with a visually intact port, refuse the charge due to a component located behind the USB-C, or turn off because the power is safe. That’s why the diagnosis begins by reproducing the defect, controlling the connectors and following the relevant lines on the map.

When the break is localized, the work is done under a microscope: clean removal of the connector or component, cleaning the area, track control, re-establishment if necessary and then electric check before re-up. This method prevents the change of a complete map when a targeted repair remains reliable and economically consistent.

Should I know the failure before asking for a written estimate?

How long does it take to repair a console?

The time depends on the failure, the status of the card and the availability of the room. A realistic time is confirmed after diagnosis; no repair is launched without your written estimate consent.

Are the backups preserved?

A regular hardware repair generally does not require the console to be deleted. If a test, re-initiation or storage intervention becomes necessary, the workshop requires your consent in advance.

Can I send a console from another city?

Yes. The workshop accepts consoles sent from all over France. The shipping file allows you to identify the material, symptoms and your contact details before the followed shipping.
