How does the written estimate of €39.90 TTC work?
You send us your card or your computer in Recommended Colissimo. within 24-72h, you will be called with a precise diagnosis and a firm written estimate. If you validate the repair, the $39.90 of the diagnosis are deducted from the final invoice. If you refuse, you will be returned the machine in the state (refund fees to your charge).
What failures are not repaid?
Apple Silicon CPU/GPUs (M1/M2/M3/M4) are not individually replaced — I need a complete card. Idem for the T2 security chips. On PCs, almost everything is repairable. They are honestly told when it is dead.
Guarantee of intervention?
Minimum 3 months on the repaid area. In practice, our repackings and micro-sweets last much longer. Written guarantee on the invoice.
